Terms of use — Khrono

In short

What it is. Khrono is online booking and appointment management software, delivered as a service (SaaS) by subscription, for barbershops, salons and aesthetic clinics.
Trial. Every new account gets 7 days free. After that, access continues only with a paid plan.
Plans. Basic (1 business) R$ 59.90/month or R$ 599/year; Pro (up to 3 businesses) R$ 79.90/month or R$ 799/year. Yearly = ten monthly payments for twelve months of access. Renewal is automatic until you cancel.
Cancelling. Any time, from the dashboard. Access runs until the end of the paid cycle. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except the statutory 7-day withdrawal right and downtime credits.
Your data. Your data and your clients' data belong to you. For your clients' data you are the controller and Khrono is the processor under the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD). You can export everything at any time and for 90 days after cancelling; after that we delete it.
Your clients. Bookings are a commitment between you and your client. Khrono is not a party to it and is not liable for the service you provide.
Availability and support. Monthly uptime target of 99%. Support by e-mail at contato@khrono.tech on business days; priority support on Pro.
Liability. Limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months, where the law allows.
Changes. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance by e-mail and in the dashboard; you may cancel before they take effect.
